Tonnellerie d\u2019Aquitaine selects its wood from the finest French forested mountains, renowned for the fineness and density of their grain.<\/p>

To guarantee optimal quality, Tonnellerie d\u2019Aquitaine internally manages the natural drying of its staves on its own wood yard for 24 to 36 months.<\/p>

Our staves are selected by origin and conditioned in separate batches. The implementation of this traceability system allows us to certify the origin of our wood and thus maintain our quality policy at the highest level.<\/p>
